What is included in the rental fee?
For indoor ceremonies, we provide setup of padded banquet chairs up to 160, access to a bridal suite, lobby area and coatroom, as well as an on-site venue representative. Outdoor ceremonies include setup of up to 160 white folding chairs, access to electric, on-site venue representative and access to the bridal suite.
Receptions include setup of tables and chairs for up to 160, white, ivory or black tablecloths, dancefloor, catering prep kitchen, bridal suite and on-site venue representative. Complimentary parking for all attendees.
what time does our reception need to end?
Kirkbride Hall has a music cutoff time of 11pm, and all attendees and vendors should be out by midnight. Front lawn receptions and events have a music cutoff of 10pm.
Can we bring in our own food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in outside food & beverage. A certified bartender and event insurance is required if you are serving alcohol. A list of preferred vendors can be found here; you are welcome to use others that are not listed, but we ask that any vendor not familiar with Kirkbride Hall arrange a site visit in advance. We are not an all-inclusive property, so you are free to hand-pick your vendors.
how can we reserve a date?
A signed contract and 50% rental deposit is due within two weeks of requesting a date. The remaining balance and refundable security deposit will be due 30-days prior to your event.
Can we stay on property?
Kirkbride Suite is located above Kirkbride Hall and can sleep 8-10 guests. We are happy to extend a discounted rate in conjunction with your ceremony or reception on property. There are also 1 & 2-bedroom condominiums for rent that are a short walking distance from the hall. Please see this link for descriptions and availability.
do you provide décor?
All floral and décor items are to be brought in by you or your vendors, Kirkbride Hall does not have planning or decorating services. Please note any décor, miscellaneous items, trash, etc. brought into Kirkbride Hall must be removed at the conclusion of your event.
