Sugar2Salt is a locally focused, seasonally driven breakfast restaurant and catering kitchen. They value every client served, and commit to a guest-first philosophy, providing consistently warm and genuine hospitality. Locally owned and established in 1999, Cuppa Joe Cafe features locally roasted coffee, organic tea, handcrafted food and homemade baked goods with many ingredients sourced from Northern Michigan farms and producers. They offer catered breakfasts, lunches, and coffee bars.

LFC creates an array of balanced white wine, red wine, and hard cider. Established in 2016, Earthen Ales brews on-site at the Village in the hospital's former paint department. The brewery offers a 10% discount on kegs to events at Kirkbride Hall. Growlers are also available for smaller events.
